Co-founder and CEO

Damien brings 25 years of experience transforming businesses through technology. He started at Atos, where he spent 10 years, including 2 in India leading software development and ERP / CRM implementations.

He went on to found Comforth, then co-founded Zelros with Fabien in 2016, an AI platform for insurance deployed across France, Germany, Canada and the United States. He led it as CEO until Earnix acquired the company in 2022.

Damien is a graduate of CentraleSupélec. He has lived and worked in France, India and Canada.

Co-founder and CTO

Fabien brings 20 years of experience in product design and software engineering. He holds an engineering degree from Polytech Paris-Saclay and a research master in distributed systems.

He worked at AXA and at PSA before co-founding Zelros with Damien, where he spent 6 years as CTO and built the AI platform from scratch. He is recognized internationally as an expert in AI, distributed systems and data science, and has spoken at conferences in more than 15 countries.

Why this topic? Because it's ours. When I came back to France after years abroad, I spent time with my parents. One day, I saw my mother speaking to Alexa as naturally as she would to a person. Agely was born in that moment. With Fabien, we want to put our expertise and technology at the service of our elders.

What the field taught us

Before we wrote a line of code, we spent months in the field, with families, caregivers, health professionals and older adults themselves.

One conviction came out of it. You don't step into an older adult's life by treating them as a patient. You step in through what still ties them to the people they love, and never without their consent. That principle shapes every product decision we make.

We call this category of product CircleAI: AI that works for one person and the people around them, not for whoever happens to be holding the phone.
